Fuel Systems

Each Fuel Rail System provides a custom engineered installation solution. Featuring CNC-Machined Billet Fuel Rails and custom mounting brackets as well as all the necessary components and accessories required to perform a complete installation, in one box. Fits 1999-2003 1/2 GM LS1 Corvette Return-Style System. High Flow, CNC-machined, Billet Fuel Rails with custom, steel mounting brackets. Billet Adjustable Regulator or Fuel Pressure Sensor Adapter. All necessary ORB-Port fittings with O-rings, and Billet Aluminum, AN-hose ends. Stainless Steel braided fuel lines. Custom OEM fuel supply and return line adapter fittings, as required.

The Aeromotive Spur Gear Pump is the largest mechanical pump in the Aeromotive family, and is available in flow ratings from 16 GPM to 32 GPM, with a variety of inlet/outlet attachments, and three different sized distribution blocks to ensure proper plumbing. Mounting options include a 3 or 4 bolt flange, and a V-band adapter. Pumps are available with a 3/8 or 7/16 shaft, and a hard coat anodized aluminum or steel body. Seal options include Gas/Alcohol or Nitro, and NHRA Certifiable part numbers are available. PN 17134 includes: 16.5 GPM Spur Gear Fuel Pump w/aluminum body, 3/8 shaft for Gas/Alcohol applications, 1 ea. P/N 11730 1.25 Hose adapter inlet, 1 ea. P/N 11733 AN-10 Port, 1 ea. P/N 11735 V-Band Adapter, 1 ea. P/N 11737 V-Band, 2 ea. P/N 11739 AN-08 Distribution block, 1 ea. P/N 11741 Left hand AN-8 shut off valve.

P/N 17325 10-17 Mustang GT Stealth EFI Fuel System. For Mustang GT’s with stock Coyote 4-V 5.0L. Rated for EFI engines producing up to 1,000 Flywheel HP Forced Induction or 1,300 Flywheel HP Naturally Aspirated on gas. For 2010-2017 Mustang GT Chassis with 5.0L 4-V Coyote engine and/or equivalent intake. Includes Aeromotive’s Fuel Pump Speed Controller for continuous duty street/strip applications.
