This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma, 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, and the 2024 Lexus GX550 with corrected front-end geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. Constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum utilizing a hybrid H-beam cross-section that is light-weight and resists bending forces better than tubular arms. Replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. These tubular steel upper control arms free up your 2023-2024 Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, or Z71’s front suspension movement to allow maximum travel for performance shocks and coilovers at an easier price point compared to our range-topping billet components. Specifically designed for the narrower track width of these Colorado submodels with additional caster built in to correct geometry to allow for better front-end alignment on lifted vehicles. The all-new Delta Joint PRO provides a host of durability and performance improvements compared to our standard Delta Joints, including up to 90° of free articulation to maximize suspension travel without bind. It’s also larger and fully rebuildable. The Delta Joint PRO’s grease fitting is protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap, included with the kit. Serviceable Heavy Duty Dual Stage bushings at the frame pivots are greaseable and rebuildable, and fit into precision machined bushing housings to ensure a responsive driving experience. During an accelerated R&D process ICON engineers subjected the Recon PRO to thousands of miles of real-world abuse throughout harsh and unforgiving environments. After on-vehicle testing was concluded, the Recon PRO was sent to an independent contractor for precise lab testing, specifically the FMVSS No.139 Tire Bead Unseat Resistance Test (modified to 10 psi). Results from multiple tests validated the effectiveness of ICON’s InnerLock technology by exceeding the mechanical limits of the machine (over 7600lbs load) without ever de-beading the tire.

The IIC App brings all of this technology together by offering a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust the system’s performance via Bluetooth connection. Users can easily alter the shocks’ baseline settings for firmness, as well as adjust the sensitivity of vertical “G-Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost” with a few simple taps from their favorite iOS device. The App includes several preconfigured ‘Drive Modes’ (Normal, Desert, and Haul) but also offers the ability for users to create an unlimited number of unique presets using their own custom settings.
