This bypass cable gives you the ability to program your 2018-2021 RAM Diesel trucks L6-6.7L (td). It is required to unlock your vehicle to be able to use the SCORCHER PRO Performance Programmer. The AEM EV 8-Button CAN Keypad (PN 30-8400) puts control at your fingertips in EV street-conversion and motorsports vehicles. It is a VCU expansion device that allows you to control vehicle functions by programming them in the VCU software, and then send these commands via CAN bus to a VCU200 or VCU300 Vehicle Control Unit. Functions like Ignition, Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive, as well as two map switching functions like performance level and traction control, are all controlled from a central location through a sleek, vibrant interface.
The BMS is implemented as two different Module types: the BMS Master and the BMS Satellite. Each Module is capable of measuring up to 18 cells and 3 temperatures (thermistors) but the Master also contains the CAN communication interface and J1772 charging specific connections needed for each battery pack.
The VCU275 can manage up to two inverter/motor systems, communicate with three independent CAN bus networks, and it can be used on direct-drive and indirect-drive EV setups.
