ICON Vehicle Dynamics is an industry leader when it comes to Ford Super Duty performance. Our engineers have spent countless hours under these trucks and behind the wheel developing some of the most refined suspension systems available. Increasing wheel travel and ride comfort is standard operating procedure at ICON, but our engineers aimed high to produce a suspension solution that also maintained the Super Dutys towing capacity. ICONs 7 Suspension System for the 2011-2016 Super Duty yields enough lift to clear 37 tires while providing excellent ride characteristics across a wide variety of terrain on and off-road. Each component of this suspension system has been specifically engineered to work in union with other ICON parts to extract maximum performance out of the vehicle. Our Stage 3 System is comprised of 7 lift dual rate coil springs, fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, a forged pitman arm, brake line brackets, rear 5″ lift progressive rate leaf springs w/ U-bolts, and 2.5 Series smooth body IFP front & rear shocks. ICON 2.5″ body shocks offer additional damping capability to ensure optimum performance during heavy on or off-road use.

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7 suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2017-UP Ford F250/350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance. This suspension system is perfect for on-road and off-road use including towing, job site duty, and general off-road adventure. ICON’s 7″ Stage 2 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, progressive leaf springs, radius arm drop brackets, adjustable track bar, dual opposing steering stabilizer kit, ICON 2.5 Series internal reservoir front and rear shocks, plus all of the necessary hardware for installation. With the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks as a complete package, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.

ICON VS 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. They feature remote reservoirs with CDEV and are 100% rebuildable/revalveable.

Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle. Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.
