Vibrants new Fuel Tank Tubing Kits make it convenient and cost-effective to plumb a fuel pump that has been submerged in a fuel tank. These kits feature convoluted PTFE tubing and a pair of stainless steel hose clamps, making them suitable for use with E85 and all types of race fuels. These very flexible tubes are available in a variety of diameters and lengths to suit virtually any application and will withstand elevated operating pressures.

Vibrants offering of non-swivel High Flow Hose End Fittings, designed exclusively for use with our offering of PTFE lined flex hose, deliver the type of quality, leak-free reliability and incredible ease of assembly that industry professionals will appreciate. Now also available in -12 AN. These CNC Machined 6061 Aluminum Alloy Hose Ends feature a full flow design and are optimal for use in race fuel systems as well as Nitrous, Cooling, Oil, Power Steering and Coolant (not suited for brake and hydraulic line applications). Each of these Hose Ends include an Aluminum olive that compresses to the PTFE liner for simple, leak free assembly. Available in Black Hard Anodized finish only.

Vibrant Performance Braided PTFE Flex Hoses are available in Stainless Steel and Nylon braided covers and feature a highly durable and flexible PTFE inner liner that eliminates fuel vapor permeation. The Stainless Steel and Nylon covers both offer superior protection against abrasion and corrosion. These hoses are suitable for all types of commonly used Race Fuels and Oils as well as for Transmission, Clutch, Power Steering and Coolant fluids. Operating Temperature Range: -94°F to 480°F (-70°C to 250°C).

Vibrant Performance Braided Flex Hoses are available in Stainless Steel and Nylon braided covers which provide excellent abrasion resistance and surrounds a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. Our Braided Flex Hoses are suitable for oil, water, fuel, coolant and vacuum service.  Also suitable for E85 and methanol use but fumes will permeate through this type of hose when fuel is left stagnant for long periods of time.  See our PTFE Flex Hose for extended E85 and methanol use. These hoses are NOT suitable for use as brake lines or other hydraulic pressure lines, nor are they suited for extended submersion in fuel or oil (not recommended for in-tank applications). Operating temperature range: -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 150°C).
