Before KW DDC Plug & Play coilovers were introduced to the market, you often had to make compromises when customizing your suspension lowering, and often had to eliminate the active electronic control system and comfort features that you had paid extra for. With the adaptive KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspensions there are no compromises to be made and you can combine the control of your standard damper system with a seamless suspension lowering and the driving dynamics tuned by KW suspensions experienced engineers. During installation, the factory electronic struts are simply replaced by KW INOX-LINE stainless steel coilover struts and the adaptive KW dampers are connected to the on-board electronics using your vehicles original plugs. Fitting a KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension requires no further modifications. The standard dampers can simply be replaced with the KW DDC (Dynamic Damping Control) coilover kit. The existing controls and the button installed in the vehicle interior for the operation of the damper control will now operate the KW DDC Plug & Play coilovers. For the first time, the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover kit combines the advantages of a KW coilover suspension with the convenience of the standard electronic damper controls. At the push of a button, the driver can choose between the Comfort, Normal and Sport setup optimized for the KW coilover suspension. In addition, the KW coilover suspension allows individual ride height adjustability within the tested Adjustment -angle. Our original equipment quality suspension technology -s compatible with various vehicle manufacturers. As a result, the adaptive KW DDC suspension is instantly recognized by the on-board electronics. So all the displays and controls of your factory vehicle remain fully functional but you get a completely new driving experience.

Wheel loads, vehicle weight and chassis reinforcements (increased body stiffness) can all be taken into consideration with Adjustment -capabilities of the V4 Clubsport. You can modify the low-speed compression damping with 6 precise clicks with the purple low speed Adjustment -ial and directly beneath it the golden Adjustment -heel provides an additional 14 precise clicks of high speed compression adjustment. In addition, the TVR-A technology -provides 16 clicks to noticeably adjust the rebound damping independently of the compression damping. If you would like to adjust the KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit it can easily be adjusted for more comfort or to an alternative setup for a new race track. With the new KW V5 Clubsport coilover suspension, KW focuses on its successful motorsport suspension technology with KW Solid Piston Technology and modular design with damper valves connected in series. The KW V5 Clubsport assures precise and fast damping without delay. The shock absorbers and valves react directly, even with small spring travel, minimal steering movements, and minor road undulations. Every driving maneuver and input, such as those generated during braking, acceleration, steering, load changes, and undulations, are damped much more precisely. The KW Solid Piston dampers provide much more platform support to the chassis than conventional dampers and, depending on the vehicle allow for lower spring rates to be used. The KW V5 Clubsport with adjustable KW SPCLH-A (KW Solid Piston Compression Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) compression damping and KW SPRLH-A (KW Solid Piston Rebound Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) rebound damping offer significant added value: more sensitive damping, cavitation-free function, precise high-frequency damping, low-pressure gas range from 6 to 10 bar and low hysteresis. The valve units in the KW V5 Clubsport coilover suspension, which are built-in series with different valve spring types and main valves, offering the freedom to individually adjust the compression and rebound damping with 13 exact clicks (14 characteristic curves) each in the low- and high-speed range. The KW Solid Piston Technology can also be used to cover a large force range when designing the characteristic curves; all the more reason to enable a completely new type of harmonious damping. The KW V5 Clubsport coilovers feature our signature purple anodized KW Clubsport aluminum uniball solid top mounts for increased steering precision. Dial in a maximum or individual lowering within the tested adjustment range. Due to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the continuous lowering can be adjusted quickly and easily.
