With KW V1 coilovers you can achieve maximum lowering within an approved lowering range that ensures a proper functioning suspension and adequate travel after your car is lowered. Even after years of use you can easily adjust the ride height thanks to the dirt resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar. For each vehicle our engineers develop a specific damper setup and spring rate to increase the driving pleasure with an optimal balance of sportiness and practicality. Unlike a mass produced, generic coilover kit, KW coilovers are developed specifically for your vehicle. For the first time with its electronically adjustable dampers, the KW DDC ECU coilover system combines intelligent, app-controlled suspension tuning with ride height adjustability. This gives you the opportunity to upgrade your vehicle with an adaptive damper system and electronically control the level of performance or comfort that meets your requirements. Included in the package is a KW INOX-LINE coilover suspension with high-quality stainless steel struts, electronically adjustable dampers, a high-performance electronic damper control unit with a vehicle-specific set of cables, a KW DDC control button giving you control from the comfort of the drivers seat, and an elaborate assembly instructions for an easy installation. The KW DDC ECU suspension features three vehicle-specific damper setups. At the touch of a button you can choose between the basic Sport setting, a very sporty and performance-oriented Sport+ setup or Comfort mode. With the KW DDC button, the respective driving mode, Comfort, Sport, or Sport+ can be selected changing the adaptive KW DDC ECU coilover kit damper setting within milliseconds. In Sport+ mode, the adaptive KW dampers give every car an unadulterated driving behavior. A setup which is ideal for demanding rides on twisty roads with lots of load changes. The Sport mode, is perfect for driving on the highway with long curves, while the Comfort mode is the ideal for traveling on poorly developed roads. In Comfort mode, the suspension will also adjusts automatically to sudden maneuvers. If you add the additional DDC WLAN module to the KW DDC ECU kit the adaptive dampers of the KW DDC ECU suspension can be adjusted independently per axle to your personal driving style and conditions. The App is compatible with smartphones and tablets from Apple (iOS) and many Android devices.

KW V2 INOX-LINE coilovers are the perfect solution for drivers who want more than just outstanding looks and adjustable ride height. In addition to stainless steel coilover struts, and corrosion-resistant components built for long term durability, KW V2 coilovers utilize TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound – Adjustable) technology that allow Adjustment of the rebound damping characteristics with 16 clicks so you can fine tune the ride comfort or performance to your satisfaction. As with all KW coilovers our engineers develop vehicle specific damper settings that undergo comprehensive testing on the Nurburgring Nordschleife and in our KW 7-post Driving Dynamic Test Center. With a KW coilover kit the driving experience is more dynamic and direct. With the rebound adjustability you have a more direct influence on the handling or comfort of the car. With 16 precise clicks you can adjust the KW dampers (more firm or more comfortable) without affecting the compression damping fine-tuned by our engineers. The two-stage, patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound – Adjustable) technology enables a small volume of oil flow through an adjustable, conically shaped, low-speed bypass during low damper speeds, while at high damper speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens allowing a larger volume of oil to flow. This provides a big improvement in terms of ride comfort without influencing the high-speed range. There are 16 precise clicks available for individual settings, so you can choose between more comfort or more body control. With KW V2 coilovers you can achieve maximum lowering within an approved lowering range that ensures a proper functioning suspension and adequate travel after your car is lowered. By launching the new KW V5 coilover suspension, KW focuses on its successful motorsport suspension technology with KW Solid Piston Technology and modular design with damper valves connected in series. The KW V5 assures precise and fast damping without delay in sports cars and super sports cars. The shock absorbers and valves react directly, even with small spring travel, minimal steering movements, and minor road undulations. Every driving maneuver and every input, such as those generated during braking, acceleration, steering, load changes, and undulations, are damped much more precisely. The KW Solid Piston dampers provide much more platform support to the chassis than conventional dampers and thus, depending on the vehicle body allow for lower spring rates to be used. The KW V5 with adjustable KW SPCLH-A (KW Solid Piston Compression Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) compression damping and the KW SPRLH-A (KW Solid Piston Rebound Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) rebound damping offers significant added values: more sensitive damping, cavitation-free function, precise high-frequency damping, low-pressure gas range from 6 to 10 bar and low hysteresis. The low- and high-speed valve units in the KW V5 coilover suspension, which are built-in series with different valve spring types and main valves, offer the freedom to individually adjust the compression and rebound damping with 13 exact clicks (14 characteristic curves) each in the low- and high-speed range. The KW Solid Piston Technology can also be used to cover a large force range when designing the characteristic curves; all the more reason to enable a completely new type of harmonious damping. The KW V5 allows a maximum or individual lowering within the tested adjustment range. Due to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the continuous lowering can be varied quickly and easily, even after the years.
