The intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks and fits in the stock location with a 60% increase in core volume. Oversized 63mm inlets/outlets improve flow, while a diverter plate ensures even air distribution. Foam sealing strips and a custom-formed air deflector maximize airflow through the core and reduce NVH. Four EPDM rubber sandwich mounts isolate vibration and add rigidity.
